- The children's ministry at Siler Presbyterian Church aims to show the love of Jesus to children of all ages.
From nursery age through elementary school, we strive to show our love and teach God's word in a relevant and understandable way. Crystal Henderson is the Children's Ministry Coordinator.
Because of Siler's size, Sunday School teachers and children's leaders know the children personally. Leaders strive to develop friendships with the children, as well as minister to their spiritual needs. Each child is known by name and treated as a gift from the Creator.
Kids' Program Spotlight: CHALLENGE SHEETS are given each week to the kids that attend Kid's Street ('Children's Church' 8:30 & 11). These sheets not only summarize the lesson but have a 3-10 verse portion of scripture to read that supplements the lesson. The kids are CHALLENGED to read the verses and answer the questions. This will help them with daily quiet times. They will also earn PRIZES for returning it the next week.
