Guidelines of Facility Usage

  • Siler Presbyterian Church is a place of worship and all uses of these facilities are to be conducted with reverence. It is with this expectation that all requests will be considered. The Siler Elder Board and staff reserves the right to revoke the privilege of using our facilities at any time it deems appropriate.

  • All events that take place on campus must not contradict or undermine the values, beliefs and mission of Siler Presbyterian Church. (As outlined on our website silerchurch.org under "Beliefs and Values.")

  • Siler requires that all on-campus fundraisers be clearly tied to Christ-centered ministry.

  • Siler Church Staff reviews facility requests and exercises discretion in scheduling with priority given to church events.

  • Siler Presbyterian Church assumes no responsibility in case of accident or illness. Lessee agrees to hold Siler Church harmless for any liabilities arising from the use of these premises by the lessee or any of their members, guests or other persons.

  • Alcoholic beverages, drugs, tobacco, weapons and use of profanity or any other improper behavior is not permitted on property.

  • All events on campus must be processed and scheduled by the staff for the purpose of maintaining an accurate calendar.

  • All event contacts must complete the Post- Event Clean Up Checklist.
